About
We initially chased our passion for BBQ in a food truck where we won 1st place at Smokin' in the Park 🏆🏆🏆 three years in a row! Then, we opened a BBQ restaurant in Mt. Pleasant, TN and enjoyed every minute. Business was great, and our customers were even better! But in 2022, when the opportunity came to move the diner to our home base of Columbia, we took it.
We are beyond thrilled to be serving our local community.
Between us, we have 10 years in the US Navy, 10 years as a Sergeant for the Maury County corrections system, 6 years of live-in caregiving experience, and 40+ years of successful restaurant experience, all of which we are putting to good use at Gabe's Smokehouse as owners, cooks, servers, and managers.
Y'all, don't be strangers.
